Entertaining with Sena Sea

Posted by Sena Wheeler on

For us the best thing about the holidays is gathering with friends and family, sharing lots of laughter, good conversation and, of course, plenty of good food and drink.

We always want to give our loved ones a special experience, but we also really like to keep it simple and casual.

That's why it's so great to have a freezer full of our wild Alaskan fish, and an arsenal of simple, yet delectable recipes at our fingertips.

We always start things off with a platter of our smoked fish and some nice crisp crackers.  Not only is this a super quick and easy appetizer, but its a real treat that guests always love.  It also travels well when we're the guests!

Last weekend we had some friends and family over our annual Christmas tree hunt and bonfire.  After everyone spent the day climbing and hiking to find the perfect tree, a big pot of chowder and the company of friends around the bonfire made for a warm and cozy evening.

Moving through the Holiday Season, and all throughout the year, we'll take every opportunity to gather friends at our table.  Our family recipes always taste gourmet, while also being simple to prepare and leaving us plenty of time to relax and enjoy our guests.

Whether you're the host or guest this Holiday we wish you all the joy that comes from gathering friends and family around a tasty meal.

Happy Holidays,
