MISO MARINATED BLACK COD (SABLEFISH)
This recipe is so easy because the fish is packaged with the marinade...but it absolutely tastes like restaurant quality. The sweet umami marinade goes perfectly with the black cod. Truly a must-try!
Defrost miso marinated black cod by placing in refrigerator overnight or in a bowl COLD water for about 45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with foil.
Cut open the pouch and place black cod on the foil lined baking sheet, skin side up. The fish has been marinated, so no need to pour excess sauce over.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Broil on high for about 2 minutes until golden brown and caramelized.
