1/4 cup lime juice, about 2 limes
Zest of 2 limes
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

White Sauce

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fresh salsa
Pinch of salt

Grill

Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove halibut from marinade and pat dry. Place fish on an oiled grill and grill without moving for about 3 minutes. Turn halibut with a metal spatula and cook for about 3 more minutes or until firm and opaque throughout. Remove fish from grill.

Flake some halibut into each tortilla, then top with cabbage, white sauce, avocado and salsa. Garnish with cilantro and serve with a lime wedge. Makes 10-12 tacos/serves 4.
