Tortilla Crusted Fish Tacos

You know that nearly-empty bag of tortilla chips sitting on your counter? Don't throw it out. These tortilla crusted fish tacos are crispy, spicy, and ready in under 20 minutes, and that bag of chips is the secret weapon.

A spicy lime aioli does double duty here: it glazes the fish strips and acts as the glue that holds a full coating of crushed chips on every side. Then the air fryer works its magic — crunchy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside. Fish fingers built for taco night.

Thank you to our friend at Weekday Pescatarian for this fish dish
