Sheet Pan Recipe with Copper River Sockeye Salmon

Sheet Pan Salmon

From our boats to your kitchen! This delicious recipe is perfect for those weeknight dinners that take little to no effort but add a ton of nutrition and taste to your families' plates. Seasoned with light sea salt and delicious herbs topped with sugar snap peas you're sure to enjoy! 

Ingredients 

  • Copper River Sockeye Salmon
  • Snap Peas (or other veggies)
  • Lemon
  • Garlic
  • Cilantro
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Cut your salmon in 4 separate pieces
  2. Season with a light amount of sea salt
  3. Chop up onion and garlic
  4. Finely chop cilantro
  5. Slice up lemon
  6. Whisk ingredients in a bowl with olive oil
  7. Wash and cut snap peas
  8. Place snap peas and salmon on a foil lined sheet pan
  9. Pour mixed ingredients on top of salmon and peas
  10. Place on top rack in the oven
  11. Heat in over for 15-20 minutes on 350 degrees
