Lingcod Pesto

Quick and easy but oh so delicious! This is one you'll keep coming back to.

 

Ingredients

2 Sena Sea Lingcod portions (8 oz. each), thawed
1/2 cup pesto, store bought or make your own
1 tsp salt

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350


Place fillets of halibut skin side down on glass baking dish. Salt the flesh. Spread a generous amount of pesto on top of each fillet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish is just flaking.
