Our Customer Reactions to "It's All Hype!"

Let's have some more fun with Facebook complaints!

We received a lot of comments that Copper River is over hyped and it's all marketing.

Is Copper River salmon really all hype—or is there something truly special about it? Let's break down the facts, share customer feedback, and explain why this premium salmon still lives up to its legendary reputation.

I am asked this question a lot.

I get it. Copper River salmon is typically more expensive than other salmon, and people want to know if it's worth the hype before they spend the extra money on it.

First off, yes, Copper River salmon are special.

So, what do our customers think of the claim that Copper River salmon is all hype? Read on to find out...

"This was a great response by you. A very well written retort to a bunch of bs,  by a bunch of uninformed buck tooth inbreds. If their Columbia river carp is so good, then why don't they start their own business...fresh carp delivered to your door! Thank you for all that you do!!"

"Great piece!! Very well done."

"Indeed.  Love that you are giving John a shoutout.  Pretty remarkable his work.  John and I hung out at a lot of sustainable seafood events - this one in Paris, if you can imagine."

So yes, Copper River was ingeniously marketed to chefs, but it only became popular because the premium eating qualities spoke for itself.

Copper River salmon is now known as the finest salmon in the world and continues to live up to the hype.

If you know, you know.

If you don't know...you should try it!
