Wild Sockeye Salmon Burgers

Using our new ready to cook Thai Style salmon patties you can easily enjoy a weeknight classic filled with healthy wild protein and vegetables. Subtle thai seasonings elevate these patties to a culinary treat without being too spicy for milder pallets. These versatile patties can be enjoyed with classic burger preparation as shown here or, get creative with unique toppings and sauces!

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 hamburger buns of choice
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Large tomato, sliced
  • Thick cut cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Partially thaw the salmon patties and carefully cut out of the packaging. Place the patties on a greased baking sheet and bake at 365. After 10 minutes, remove the patties and flip to finish baking on the other side for another 8 minutes. Patties should be slightly crisp and browned around the edges.

When finished baking, immediately place a piece of cheddar cheese on top of each patty while warm so that the cheese melts evenly. Arrange the burgers individually to taste with sliced vegetables and condiments. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Your salmon patties look delicious. This would be a great recipe to try instead of the same burgers we always have.
