To improve anxiety symptoms, make sure to add vitamin B foods, magnesium rich foods, foods high in calcium and omega-3 foods to your diet too. Such as: wild-caught fish
Wild-caught fish, especially the more oily types such assalmon, mackerel, trout, sardines, and tuna, are great choices to help fight depression. Why? Because they are rich sources of omega-3 fats.
Including fatty fish likewild Alaskan salmon, contain omega-3 fatty acids. A study completed on medical students in 2011 was one of the first to show that omega-3s may help reduce anxiety. Prior to the study, omega-3 fatty acids had been linked to improving depression only.
researchers analyzed 26 previously published studies that examined the association between fish consumption and the risk of depression, and found thatpeople who consumed the most fishwere less likely to have depression symptoms.

I read so many articles stating mackerel is one of the healthiest choices of fish. However, who can find it? I can only find it salted in cans or from foreign countries. Why can’t I buy it as a frozen fillet to prepare myself?
