Receive a variety of Wild Alaskan white fish (portions and chop), depending on the season and availability:
- Sablefish (black cod)
- Pacific Cod
Halibut is a crowd-pleaser, prized for its delicate sweet tasting meat, large flakes, and firm but tender texture. It's a nice lean fish, with mild flavor, and a great source of protein.
Black Cod has long been a prized commodity on the Japanese market. Of all white fish, Black Cod has the highest levels of healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, which gives it a silky texture and rich, buttery flavor. It has soft, delicate white meat that flakes easily.
Rockfish is found deep in Alaskan waters. The flakey white meat is known for its versatility in many recipes.
Each 6oz portion is:
- Cut by hand, and will have natural variability in size and shape, actual weight may range from 5.5-6.5oz.
- Cut with skin on.
- Carefully wrapped in parchment paper prior to vacuum sealing. This extra step ensures the salmon never touches plastic, and provides an extra oxygen barrier that locks in premium quality
- Vacuum sealed and frozen immediately.
We ship directly to your door in insulated boxes. All orders are shipped on Mondays. If you place an order later in the week, expect shipment the following Monday. We will send and email with the tracking number on the day it ships so you know when to expect it.
You can schedule your preferred week of shipment for gifts, special events, or to avoid a time when you will not be home. We guarantee the week of arrival, but not the specific day.

In March and April, Rich longlines for Halibut and Black Cod in the icy Alaskan waters of the Pacific Ocean. These are always wild fish that have lived their lifespan in the most pristine ocean waters of Alaska. Long-lining has a rich history in the fishing community, and is known as one of the most ecologically friendly methods of fishing. Each fish is brought aboard one at a time and placed on ice. Rich hand selects the finest fish delivers them personally to our custom processor to be hand cut, vacuum sealed and frozen.
In May through September, fishes the Copper River Delta for Sockeye and Coho. We own and operate a small gill-net boat, the Miss CamiLou. Rich runs it with one deckhand and (when he’s lucky) his family onboard. Rich hand-picks every fish, and quickly chills them using our state-of-the-art Refrigerated Sea Water (RSW) system. He selects only the largest, fattest, premium Sockeye Salmon, and hand delivers them to our custom processor to be hand cut, vacuum sealed and frozen.
